Refund Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving product. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back. All refunds will be charged an 6% restocking fee. Physical Restrictions: We cannot accommodate anyone with chronic back/neck problems; anyone who has had previous back/neck surgery; or anyone who is pregnant or thinks she may be pregnant. Participants must be able to walk down and board the Kayak or Sailboat with minimal or no assistance. The boats are not wheelchair accessible. All participants for kiteboarding must be able to fit in the harness and be able to swim.
Age Restrictions: Minimum age for Hobie Sailing School and Kayak Tours is 5 years old. Minimum age for Kiteboarding Lessons is 10 years old.
Waivers: All participants must sign waivers. A child's parent must fill out a waiver for children under the age of eighteen (18).
Cancellations & Refunds: We will provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to activity. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will reschedule your activity or provide you with a activity credit voucher so that you may book at a future date. Payment: We require full payment at time of reservation so be prepared with a credit card. Your card will be charged when you click "Accept" on the confirmation page – we do not “hold” spots. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover If you want to pay by Cash or Check you must make your reservation at one of our retail stores or activity sites. Prices are subject to change, so confirm the rates at time of reservation. Weather: If we should have to cancel your activity due to weather, we will reschedule your activity, issue you a activity credit voucher, or provide you with a refund for the part of the activity you were unable to complete. Activity Credit Voucher: A activity credit voucher is a non expiring voucher which allows you to schedule your activity for a future date if you are unable to complete your scheduled activity and cannot reschedule during your stay in Myrtle Beach. Activity credit vouchers do not have to be used by the person to whom they were issued – so don’t lose them. Sail and Ski is not responsible for lost or stolen activity credit vouchers. If you have a activity credit voucher and would like to schedule your activity, simply call reservations, book your date and time, and tell your reservationist you have an activity credit voucher. PRIVACY POLICY: This statement should tell the consumer how the merchant will be using the personal data they have collected. " We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.
